The disproportionate effect of life incidences on Women and children knows no bounds. It is a hydra-headed issue that transcends the bounds of human processes and Migration is no exception. Women and Children are the most vulnerable in the push factors of Migration and are also disproportionately affected in the process of escaping from these factors. While appreciating the inter connectivity of gender, Environment and Mobility, this paper focuses on Migration governance and its effect on women and minorities. This is achieved by the doctrinal methodology using Conventions Statutes, case Laws, Journal Articles and Internet Services. This paper finds that despite the laws and policies guiding Migration, women and children continue to be disproportionately affected and in recommendation, review of some laws and strict enforcement and human right approach to Policies should be the watchword to all stake holders
